Shidoin (pronounced: shee-doh-een) is the Japanese word for "Instructor." A person with this certification holds the rank of Nidan (2nd Dan) Black Belt and has completed a minimum of 7 years of extensive traditional Martial Arts training, which includes successfully completing a rigorous and comprehensive, 2-year, Instructor certification course directed by our governing Heshin-Ryu Federation.
